Lord Regal

Well, I'm assuming you're looking to find out some interesting information about myself if you're reading my "about me" stuff.  Hmm...I'm a Nintendo purist...the only time I've ever played a non-Nintendo game on anything other than a computer is at a friend's house.  My first video game was Super Mario Land for the original Gameboy, and my love for Nintendo just took off from there.  I like pretty much every genre of game there is to some extent, although my favorites have to be Adventure and RPG games.  I joined on the Pokemon craze with Sapphire, and still play avidly today.  Every game I have that has online play I go by the name Lord Regal.  This is not from any source that you have heard of.  I hate boxing/wrestling/wherever William Regal comes from...apparently there's a book series with a Lord Regal, and while I love reading fiction, I've never heard of such a series.  A friend of mine did Megaman sprite comics for a while, and he had seven other "authors" who he would ask for advice.  I was one of them.  He made characters for each of us by messing with the sprites, and he christened mine Lord Regal.  He soon after abandoned the comics, but the name stuck.  I took the rest of the names, changed who they represent (and where they come from and pretty much everything but the names) and now I'm in the process of writing a book about it.  I play several musical instruments, with French Horn being my best, I play hockey and golf.  I'm a lifeguard at my local pool.  That's pretty much everything that comes to mind at the moment...if you want to know more, send a non-creepy message to me and I'll answer if it's not overly personal!
